With 70 years of history, Degrenne has become over the years one of the spearheads of the art of French table setting. More than 1,000 employees perpetuate the spirit of the brand founded by Guy Degrenne and contribute to the distribution of it’s goods through it’s 100 sales points. Resolutely in tune with the times, the brand decidedly took the e-commerce road in 2011 to feature its catalog a vast assortment of over 1,500 references, France and abroad.

The problematic of Degrenne:

Degrenne has a considerable amount of customer and leads data but lacked a unified vision of interactions between it’s clients and the brand. Data valorization was therefore difficult, and its use by marketing teams did not allow for the establishment of a cohesive omni-channel experience.
